During the holiday season most people worry about the amount of calories hidden in the food they consume. However, there are several high-calorie drinks that can destroy your weight loss goals faster than any calorie dense pastry. Be smart and avoid the drinks below:

1. Peppermint Mocha: 470 calories per 16-ounce serving
2. Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino: 470 calories per 16-ounce serving
3. Hot Buttered Rum: 418 calories per serving
